| Preparation for First Eucharist will take place in winter and early spring. Children, generally in second grade, are to have completed one year of Catechesis (Religious Education) before they begin preparation for these sacraments. Youth and adult Catholics who have only been baptized and wish to celebrate the Eucharist for the first time may need to participate in the Christian Initiation process.
