The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is for anyone interested in becoming Catholic. Included in this process are those who are unbaptized and those baptized in another Christian denomination. Adult Catholics who only have been baptized and possibly celebrated the Eucharist may also participate in this process.

The catechetical sessions for these adults are offered on Sunday mornings. The length of the process depends on the person's understanding of the Catholic faith and whether or not one is baptized.

For the unbaptized the length of time is approximately one year. The Easter Vigil is generally the time for their Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist.

Those baptized in another Christian denomination can be received into full communion with the Catholic Church at any time of the year.

The baptized Catholics may choose to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation when either the Archbishop or his delegate comes to the parish for this sacrament.

Each individual is involved in discerning their readiness for celebrating these sacraments.
